Willow & Riverstone Ceremonies offers bespoke, human-centred ceremonies for life’s thresholds.
I create and hold meaningful rites of passage, weddings, namings, adoptions, and farewells, shaped with care, clarity, and deep respect for the people at the heart of them. Each ceremony is written from scratch, grounded in your story, your values, and what truly matters to you.
This work is for those who want something sincere rather than scripted, intimate rather than performative. No templates, no filler, no rush.
Ceremonies are offered by enquiry, with limited availability each year to ensure time, presence, and attention are honoured.

I’m Melissa, a celebrant, artist, and philosopher with a lifelong belief in love, and the moments that shape us.
My work is rooted in presence, listening, and care. I believe ceremonies matter, not as performances, but as containers, places where people feel seen, steady, and supported as they cross a threshold in their lives.
I work quietly and collaboratively, taking time to understand what you need, what you value, and how you want this moment to feel. The result is a ceremony that is personal, grounded, and true to you.
This work draws on my background in creative practice, philosophy, and community work, and on a deep respect for love, loss, and transition in all their forms.

with your first ceremony draft shared 4–6 weeks ahead, finalised two weeks before the day.
